USER REPRESENTATIONS

  • any information that contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful or deleterious components or devices;

  • any information that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or is insulting to another nation.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

  1. ANA will address any grievances or concerns related to the Website through the relevant grievance authority within the specific times and under such law for the time being in force. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Should any dispute arise out of or in relations to this Terms of Use, the same shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pune.
